SHIPPING POLICY

• All shipments to peninsular Spain and Portugal come out as "Urgent" and will be delivered within 10  days  of placing the order and that the shipment is processed from the Canary Islands. It will be delivered before 7:00 p.m., except for incidents (in this case, we will try to communicate the delay if possible). Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will try to ship that same day, but due to lack of preparation time, they may be shipped the next day, therefore the delivery date will be approximately 72 hours longer. The shipping cost is €4.90, but if the order is over €60, shipping is FREE.

• The orders will be sent directly from the company through its logistics operators. Shipments abroad have a cost in relation to the total weight of the shipment. The web is calculated when configuring the order.

• The reception period is an additional 24-72 hours, provided that the weather conditions allow it.  

​

• You can pay with TPV, Paypal, Bank transfer, Bizum or Cash on delivery.

​

• Cash on delivery has a surcharge of 2% on the total value of the shipment. In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, an attempt will be made to leave a notice with a telephone number that can be called to confirm at what time the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will store your package in its warehouses for approximately 48/72 hours before returning it to our facilities.

• If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact Customer Service. You can write to us at: pooptodust@gmail.es. From the moment we have your notification, we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
