How Can We Assist?
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order by contacting us through our email: pooptodust@gmail.com or through our customer service telephone number: 928 02 40 60.
If the order has not left our warehouses, there will be no cost, but if it is already in the shipping process, you must pay the amount of the order and exercise, if you wish, your right of withdrawal.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, Bizum, or bank transfer.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
After confirming the payment, the time for the processing and dispatch of your order is 2 business days. Delivery time will depend on the transport company. Depending on the distance it can take approximately 10 days for orders within Spain. For international shipments 15 days
