REFUNDS AND RETURNS

POOP TO DUST allows the exchange or return of all its products within 30 days of receiving them.

- The amount of the refund will be the same amount of the order including shipping costs.

- The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.

- Items must be returned as received, with its packaging label, container, etc.

- POOP TO DUST reserves the right to deny the refund of the amount of an item with signs of having been used, damaged or handled improperly.

- Once the merchandise has been received and inspected and fulfilling the indicated conditions, the amount paid will be refunded with the same payment method used for the purchase and within a maximum period of 5 business days.

Refunds must be justified by the improper functioning of the product and the amount returned will be credited to the account with which the initial payment was made.

-The amount must be returned within 15 days from the approval of the refund
